    We offer free UK delivery on all orders, we ship items using Royal Mail 48 tracked service (1-2 days delivery), items are dispatched same working day when purchased before 1pm.

    For larger orders an alternative courier service may be used

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    While we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand in some rare cases you may wish to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you may return it for a full refund within the 30 day returns period. We cannot accept the return of any packages of food supplement products which have been opened. Please e-mail or contact us online to receive authorisation and return instructions.

    We aim to respond to emails within 24-hours (Monday through Friday)

    Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Our team will then work alongside you and the courier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. You can contact us via email or by using the contact us form on the website. It will be helpful if you can email us in the first instance, with photographs of the damage. If the goods are faulty upon receiving them and, the fault does not appear to be because of transit damage, please report this as soon as possible.
