Lion's mane mushroom, also known as Hericium Erinaceus, is a very popular food supplement and has been used for many hundreds of years. We use a high-strength 15:1 extract of lion's mane, which provides 50% Polysaccharides compared to other brands of lion's mane supplement, which provides a lower dosage. We have also added the equivalent of 10mg of black pepper to help product absorbance.

Direction for use
Take 2 tablets daily with water.
